Which is the BEST CPM site?

I have a site which gets 1000+ Uniques per day and growing rapidly and gets 4k+ hits in 1 day….so i wanna know what advertiser i should go with…adsense i get very low clicks ( CTR 0.3% ) so i want to put some CPM ads which pays good…also any popups etc ?
I have lots of space for ads… :rolleyes:
