My blacklabelads account has been temporarily limited, anyone can help me?

Last week I received an email from adbrite:
"We recently reviewed your site ******, and it attempted to auto-install an executable called Zinamps. To read more about this software, visit the semantec site below:
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2008-052818-4325-99
We have temporarily limited your account until you can remove this
program. Please review your different feeds and ensure that it is removed,
and then reply to this email and we will review your account for
reinstatement. "
I only have several banner ads on my site, I’m sure this can not happen. But I still reviewed my site very carefully. Then I sent an email to tell them what I have done and ask them to review my site. I’ve sent four emails, but receive no reply.
Anyone can help me/
