Site for publishers that gives ads of the network needed!

Hey DP users, i’m currently searching an ad network like (adengage,adtool, bidvertiser), that when you sign up you get immediatly ads of the network, i want a site that gives me high rates, if someone could indicate me a good one i’ll be very appreciated. Thanks in advance
