I want to start my own Ad Network… help!

Hey all… I want to start my own ad network, similiar to CPX/Google/Yahoo or any other CPM/CPC network out there.
Does anyone know of software that I can buy that is "ad network" server software? I know ADiFY has one (http://www.adify.com/) but I don’t know of others.
