Kanoodle took money and then closed my account. Anyone else?

Hello.
I saw kanoodle mention on this board, so I decided to give it a try.
My country isn’t available in their list but I didn’t think it matters much so I picked neighboring country but wrote my country in state field.
It all went fine and then I deposited 25.00$. After that my account was suspended pending phone verification.
I never got the call.
I contacted them and they replied that they couldn’t reach me. I made sure I gave them correct phone number again, but nothing happened after that. They informed me that they have to protect against credit card fraud and they close accounts that can’t be verified.
I’ve been using 7search for some time now, and they had no problem calling me to verify identity.
I don’t have a problem with my kanoodle account being closed but I don’t like the fact that 25$ went down the […]
