Adbrite and bidvertiser

Im really annoyed with people who sign up to referral links and dont do anything dont register a site or buy ads.
I have had 5 sign up to adbrite and all together they have made just $2 and with bidvertiser 8 and have made $0.
Its not adbrite and bidvertiser that are bad its just the stupid people who sign up and just leave a account doing nothing.
Its just so frustarating
