Best Ads For Blogs?

I have a couple of questions. First I have a celebrity blog and I want to try a good ad network. I think YPN requires you have allot of traffic, Google wont send me a validation key. I want to go with a company I can signup right away and they pay more than just 2-3 cents a click like Google.
I’m also going to be putting video on my site I want to use something like Invideo ads.
I have Adbrite ads on there now with a crap click through rate not sure if Adbrite just sucks or is there something I’m doing wrong?
