Regarding Bux.To

Hi,
Few of my freinds looking to join Bux.to , but can anyone explain, how does
BUX.TO, referrals work? please provide the basic structure, how exactlie work? I know i get 10 cents for every referral under me? but how does it work on Ad system on the BUx.to, just trying to understand the concept:confused::confused:
please help me.
