What do you think the best type of PPC site should be?

I would like to your opinions on what you think would be the best ppc sites to build. I’m looking to build a webiste that allows visitors to be directed to other sites and get paid from it. a friend of mine startedhttp:// www.devilscabi.net which os basically just a gossip site where he copies content from other sites but he makes around 5 grand a month from this one.. any suggestions on a non-adult site?
