Requirements:
Send image .png in size to 10 blocks. Remember, each block 10×10 pixels.
Text of announcement or description, URL and a movie tumbhnail.

It only allows an ad site.
If a user has more than a website can send advertising everywhere you want without limit until the end of the promotion.
