Rejections from different Ad Companies

Hi. I’m getting loads of rejections from my website / forum. Right now I have an acceptance for Bidvertiser, AdBrite, AdToll, and RevenuePilot.
I don’t know which I should use and how I should be using them. I’m confused with Revenue Pilot. Interface looks complicated IMO.
