Started ExoClick Campaign, ZERO Trafic

Hi all,
Around a day bask I setup an Ad Campaign with ExoClick, one of their support person activated my account immediately and assured me of seeing the traffic with in an hour. Now the time has passed more than 20 Hours and I don’t see a single traffic or click from them, any suggestions ?
haven’t heard from their support yet,. ExoClick is big disappointment
