Better Than Adsense?

Are there any other PPC programs that pay equivelent or better than adsense?
I’ve tried adbrite and bidvertiser as well but they don’t seem to be as good. Bidvertiser seems to pay a lot less and adbrite seems to run out of ads.
Any suggestions?
