Qualty Traffic??

Hi Guys,
Been over the years working on getting good traffic to work with Seems for the
most part Google is pretty good like to know if there others out there with
Qualty traffic?? For the most part my goal was to get 500k impressions
to improve my PPC rates now seems to be all over the map with mixed
traffic. some pays well others our bad. Game we play but with good
Qualty Feeds man do your ppc rates ever change.
Anyone in the same game??
