Ok, after searching a lot of forums and sites, i finally found a program that pays US$2 for each 1000 unique IP’s visualization of their ad (standard banner 468×60). No popups, no popunders…just a banner. And yes, they pay via paypal.
Attention, it is not 1000 impressions, they count 1000 unique IPs but stills great if you have a well visited site.
1000 unique ip = $2.
Traffic allowed from US, UK, CA, AU, FR, NZ, IT, DE, BE and NL.
