PayPerView Formula explained

My question is brief – and I apologize for starting a thread on the topic, but could not find any pertinent posts on the subject.
With all the thousands of dollars one it is claimed can be earned with Pay Per View (as opposed to PPC), would someone who really has experience in this field (apart from Gauher Chaudhry;) kindly give me a run down on
1. What payperview really is, and what exactly one does to earn money from this as an affiliate?
2. Is there any other reputable/affordable tutorial available on payperview on the w.w.w. that does not cost one thousand dollars and the rest?
3. What companies would you recommend I join to earn an income with PayPerView, particularly those you have had a good experience with, and those who don’t mind Australian members.
