Clicksor Advertising?

Firstly, I hope this is in the right place
I signed up to advertise on Clicksor. I have a penis enlargement pills site and was wandering whether or not I would be able to advertise this sort of site using clicksor, will they stop the ad from being shown? I emailed them 24 hours ago but have heard nothing yet and am eager to get a campaign started, but don’t want to add any cash to my account until I know the answer to this question, so has anyone got any ideas?
Also, are clicksor good for advertising? I tried BidVertiser but they didn’t accpet ads with penis enlargement pills sites on them, hence why i’m asking the above question!
