i need some new PPC and CPM for a site….

hello everybody,
few months ago i made a topsite list hoping to get some traffic…. but now several sites join me and i started to get traffic… so the problem is that the sites that join my topsite list are warez sites and porn sites and if i will remove then right now then again i will lost all my visitors.. so untill i get more good sites there can anyone suggest me what PPC and CPM will accept my topsite list… because bidvertiser rejected it due to porn and warez on my topsite list… so please give me suggestion…. :confused:
