EXOCLICK bad clicks did i get ripped off?

hi
i signed up with exoclick to try out a cheap ppc campain
i set it only to recieve 100 clicks on firdt day to check out system
i recieved 121 click according to the stats they gave me
but when i look at my stat counter says i recived 68 uniques with only 120 page loads
most "visitors" were from russia/turkey and stayed on my site less than 5 seconds
is this click fraud ?
am i being ripped off?
what should i do about this?
