Black label ads check potponed??

hi guys, is there among you join BLA ?
im wondering is that normal, they have not sent me the check?
thet told me to send me check in 1st of february (my november earning)
or do they have some late for sending the check?
are you guys have same problem?
please do tell me, appreciate.:)
