Is these any publisher that will pay me by CPM???

Is there any publisher that will pay me for 1000 views of their ads or whatever? I heard that it’s possible, because I get 33,000 views daily and I really want a CPM publisher.
Also, today I got 175 clicks and was paid only $3.13, that’s about 2 cents per click. Disgusting…(adsense)
