hey help me out we are new in ads

hello every one,
www.pccunion.com is our site and i am using adsense adbrite ad media shakers and in getting abt 2000 unique visitors daily but not making any money can any one suggest me what to with my ads? is it the positions of the ads?? or to many ads on my site?? can any one help me:confused:
