I recieve 10,000 visitors a day but dont make much money

Hi
I own www.pspmod.com and I run google ads on my site. The google ads dont perform very well because I am recieving a PPC around 0.02 – 0.10.
I have tried other ad companys and while i get more money per clicks I dont get as many clicks because the ads are not relevant to my site.
Any ideas what I can try?? Does anyone know what PPC company I can try to get relevant ads showing on my site???
