Best contextual advertising for real estate clicks? Just call me Desperate

Anyone knowledgeable about contextual advertising? specifically for real estate, I’m trying several and most likely I’ll be up for a lot of trial and error, just wondering if anyone else has a real estate page or if anyone knows these programs well.
(CBprosense, Clicksor, Feedburner, AdSonar, Kontera, MIVA, Nixxie, Targetpoint)
Looking for real estate clicks, used to do quite well on adsense, with 1,000 to 2,000 users on my page per day.
