How good is openads?

Guys,
I would like to find out how good is Openads (openads.org)
Do let me know your reviews and a word of caution if needed!!
Is it better to use openads instead of google ads in softwares which I will be selling over the internet just to prevent my google account getting into trouble by fraud clicks (intentional / unintentional) from the buyer’s side? Or is there any better alternative than openads?
