Vizi Direct SUCKS !! – Did NOT pay me & now Minimum payout is $300 !!!

Hey Guys
I had been using Vizi Direct through RMX/DMX for all of my websites.
After earning quite a lot with them (just less than old minimum payout of $25) , they suspended my account saying I did not generate enough impressions.
This , when they had not told me about any minimum requirements when I signed up.
Now they mail me saying
