To use Adbrite or not to use Adbrite?

I’m currently using adbrite, and I’m not sure if I’m getting ripped off or not. I’m hoping somebody out there can help.
The most important thing I should mention is that I’m not an ad tweaker, nor do I want to be. I don’t and don’t want to tweak ads, put in keywords, etc. I want to insert code into where I want an ad to be, and be done with it.
That being said, when I use adbrite, I didn’t customize them too much, and I just use their regular default banner spots. What I mean is that I get very few people actually contacting me through adbrite saying they want to advertise in my spots. I just run the default "fillers" in the adbrite network.
