Pay per Impression – For my Programs.

Dear DigitalPoint,
I am currently making programs for a booming industry, and I would like to know, what programs would be good for my case. Basically websites that don’t need to have a website to get accepted. I will put them inline on the side of the Program. Some click could be good, but I prefer impression.
