Help with advertising

Hello all
I have a small sports website in Australia (1000 unique visitors a day) and we get advertising revenue for Australian visitors. We get quite a lot of overseas traffic, especially from the Philippines, for which we get no revenue. We have Adsense, but very little cash has come in.
Can anybody suggest what we can do to build up our advertising income?
I won’t mention our website’s name, because I don’t want to be known as a spammer. Is that OK?
