Good alternate to adsense

Can any one recommend good alternate to google adsense. I am using YPN and Yahoo ads sucks … plus they offer only text ads.
are there good PPC comparable to google adsense.
Google rejected my application , i felt good when i was approved by Yahoo … but ypn sucks big time.
