Best standalone Per Per Click site

Do you know any sites that offer Pay Per Click if you drive visitors to their site? I’m not talking about something like AdSense, where Google chose what sites to display on yours. I am looking for sites that will allow me a kind of affiliation, where I am paid just for bringing them visitors.
By the way, is there a specific name for this action? (Pay Per Bringing Visitors or something?)
