Alternative PPC?

Are the cheaper PPC programs such as MIVA and 7Search worth using? I use Yahoo and Google already, but the minimum bids of .01c of the other programs are enticing. Have also tried the "10,000 uniques" for $10.00 route and found that to be a total waste of money.
Anyone had experience with this, or any other suggestions?
