How pEopLe Like ME will Be payed with Widgetbucks :D

well, i have a seo blog (with 30 uniques a day) , and a month ago i talked about widgetbucks. im not using any widget, so i think i dont have chances of getting banned. I got 22 referals, and one of them is making a lot with widgetbucks (300$ last month) so my balance of widgetbucks is about 100$ for just referals.
i dont know if the link of my sig is getting clicks, but im getting an extra 100$ a month for just making a good review of widgetbucks.
But im not sure about something:
lets suppose one of my referals did last month 400$. and a month later, got banned. will i also loose the money i have earned from that referal?
