Question [ Question ] Please help me in analyzing my websites traffic & earned cash

I have 3 website, 2 blogs and a forum, and I want your tips/suggestions/comments on the performence
Here is the traffic detail of october

Questions:
1. Is adsense ignoring few pageviews ( I think Adsense page impressions,9,682, are less then AWSTATS pageviews,13K+9+5=27K )
2. In awstats, what do they mean by HITS?
3. How’s my earning performence as compared to traffic details, good? bad? can be improoved?
4. This $24.06, is all i make , I dont have any other Ad program or link sell or anything so far. Can i generate more money from different sources with this traffic?
