Etology Showing Site Status Pending

Hi,
I am new to etology.. I registered with etology 3 days back ..added their ads at my site and also in earnings it shows my earnings and the cut 75%..
but when I go to check my site status its shows active as well as site status pending:confused: Will it take time to gain just the active status or I have to do anything ..can nyone help?
