Pls recommend Result oriented smaller PPC Search Engines

Anyone had any experience with smaller searchengines like enhance, miva, 7search? Con you recommend them in the order of their efficiency and conversion rates? if you can list them wit personal experiences -first or second hand- i’d be grateful
