Which is the best PPC that gives searches/month plus bid value?

Aside from google and yahoo!, which is the best PPC that gives information on the keywords. Like if we type the keyword "X", we should get info. on how many times it was searched and the highest bid on it. Goclick provides that, but doesn’t provide info. on certain long tail words, which makes us wonder whether it’s worth bidding on them. If we choose keywords which do have stats, it won’t be targeted.
So what’s the solution?
