PPC for gambling related site

Hi,
I have been using PPC at Goclick for a while until I discovered some huge click fraud.
Unfortunately I didn’t know that I should have collected evidence to get a refund at that time, and gave up the whole PPC thing.
Anyway, I am looking for other PPC that do accept gambling related sites, and also have a fair policy against click fraud.
