Y Adbrite don’t pay by paypal?

It is a most reputable ad network after adsense ….. allows min 10$ cheque ….. then why not paypal? ….. won’t it be cheaper for them for international destinations via paypal rather than check…..?
Anyone requested or complained about this lack? Also Bidvertiser dot this
