tried Adwords tried Adbrite… where else??

I’’m trying to advertise my forum. I’m advertising using Adwords and Abrite. Ad words i feel like a barely get enough clicks. But when i do. I usually get users signing up. With Adbrite i feel it is a complete waste of money. I get hundreads of hits. But it is all coming from one country Barely any hits from the usa or Canada. Which is my main target for now.
Where else could i go for advertising?? I have the money to advertise but i don’t know where to advertise.
