Voxant newsroom, will they pay?

Hi,
I just started using Voxant Newsroom and I’m really happy with the huge 4$ CPM, though I’m wondring how they make money. I only see a Voxant newsroom ad before the video’s and then a reuters news video or something like that.
They pay Reuters and me and percentage of their ad income, but what’s their ad income? I can’t see any ‘ads’!
So is this a scam or am I missing something?
