ReachAds.com for flash arcades?

I have been hearing both really good and really bad things about them. The publishers say low CPC but very high CTR. So I thought I would give them a go.
I set up an account about a week ago and they haven’t approved or rejected my ads yet. I contacted them and no reply. Are they at all reliable?
I have heard many other people not getting any support what so ever from them. And heard many people that bought advertising but never got the credits in there account and had to file Paypal disputes.
Any one have any good experiences with them other than high CTR?
