Ads for embedding in a program???

I am designing a desktop program that will remain on users screens for several hours a day and I want to sell ads on it. Is there any ad agency out there that will sell ads embedded in a program (not a site)? I think the ads should also be changed about every 30 seconds or so because the same ads always up isn’t going to become any more effective while motion of switching ads and perhaps a more attractive ad will motivate users to click.
Is there anyone out there that will sell my invetory?
The program will also pop up alerts every so often that ads can be displayed on and these would not have to be rotated as they will stay up for just about 5-10 seconds. Do you think I could throw adengage ads on there or adbrite ads? Where can I sell my ad inventory […]
