Should I use CPM or CPC?

Hi,
Should I use CPM or CPC based programs?
How would Itell?

I’m getting about 30-35k uniques, so I guess CPM?
CPC – they only count clicks not impressions correct?

I’ve used some CPC programs, but only received about 100 clicks per day which is not even earning enough for the amount of traffic I’m getting
