Adbrite is ”stealing the money I make” (help)..

I only use AdBrite on my proxy websites (http://www.fleesurf.com http://www.proxylush.com), nothing else. I earned about $8.65 and now, the revenue is going down down down. I’m now on $6.32, why is it going down? each day I sign in it’s dropping very slowly!
I’ve emailed them about three times, no answer – but yet when I email them about something different I get an email back. Is this another scamming company?
Anyone else having the same ‘’problems’’? or what do I do..?
