Adsense + CPX + What else should I use?

I really love the Adsense + CPX combo because I get paid for clicks well and impressions well. What do you guys recommend I add as a third ad type to increase my earnings just a bit more?
Should I add another CPM publisher?
Should I go the affiliate route (I would rather not)?
Should I use a new format, like Chitika or Adbrite videos?
What do you all recommend and do you use to boost your earnings, even if just by pennies a day.
