I have two web sites for sale. One social networking (myspace type) and one video Hosting (youtube type).
Great investment, put a little effort in and watch the site grow.

Both sites are relatively new. (approx 3-4 months old)
Both sites have great room for growth. Both sites are relatively new, working fine (99.9% up time). Need to be SEO’ed, and has great popularity at a young age. 1664 members in less than 4 months is incredible for a new site.
I want to start a different type of site and I don’t have time to promote these site any more.
All that these sites will need is some attention from the webmaster, to take it to the next level.
