Best CPM Program for Adult sites ?

So do you know any good CPM companys accepting adult sites. Payment via paypal preferable however as this thread will be used by others,post them even if they dont.
If you could provide a prediction of the rates as well that would be good.
Currently using clicksor and its,well…….,not very good !
