Ask Ads Improving In U.S., Weird Dog-People In U.K.

Ask.com’s begun running a simple, normal ad in the U.S., an ad that emphasizes Ask 3D’s great new features, not Kato Kaelin*:

Gary Price seems happy with the new ad in his Resource Shelf article. He’s too nice to say anything, but I gotta believe he wasn’t the #1 fan of the “I got what I was looking for” ads.

Of course, it isn’t all great. Ask UK is running some weirdies, including an ad featuring a dog/man holding up placards. I don’t get it. Maybe in England, though, it’ll be a huge hit. We are talking about the country that gave us some of the silliest comedies of all time.
