anyone have experience with kanoodle?

as i am having problems with them. i signed up almost a month ago, my card has been debited $50, account "on hold" the whole time pending authorisation, even though they took the $50. emails not being answered and now my account has gone from on hold to closed, still no answers to my emails? no refund to credit card and no ads shown.
any suggestions??
